TGIF! Lunch Round-Up For 3/19 – 3/22

Hi, everyone! This will be short and sweet, because Monday was a student-free day at Jack’s school, and I forgot to take a picture for Thursday’s lunch (it was just leftover stir fry with brown rice in a Thermos, anyway; nothing exciting). So, just three lunch pictures for you all this week! Plus, my whole family’s been under the weather with a nasty upper-respiratory bug, so I haven’t been too creative. It was a miracle that the lunches were even made!

Tuesday, Jack brought a bunny-shaped ham and cheese sandwich, half a banana, Goldfish, and mixed berries in an EasyLunchbox.

Wednesday, Jack had a tulip-shaped PB&J surrounded by tangerine wedges, cut-up veggies, Veggie Booty, kiwis and strawberries, and a Hershey’s nugget in his PlanetBox.

Thursday was the day of the forgotten picture. So, fast-forward to today. Jack’s buying pizza at school, but Derek requested the “same lunch” that Jack had on Wednesday, so I made him this:

Mr. D. has a butterfly PB&J surrounded by tangerine wedges, veggies, exotic blend Terra chips (kabocha squash, carrot, and blue potato chips), grapes, and a few M&Ms for a treat in his PlanetBox.

I’m looking forward to a weekend of relaxing with Johnny, the boys, and a dear friend who’s visiting from out of town. See you all next week!

  1. I love how the PlanetBox fits a little treat 🙂 Such healthy lunches!!! I’ve gotta get back to doing stuff like this! My kids get yogurt, pre-packaged mandarin oranges or applesauce (at least the oranges are packed in 100% juice and the applesauce is all natural) and then some sort of packaged treat 😛
