Let’s Do Lunch: Shamrock Sandwich

Continuing with the St. Patrick’s Day theme, I sent Jack to school today with a lunch centered around a shamrock-shaped sandwich, packed in an EasyLunchbox:

In the big compartment, there’s a PB&J cut with a shamrock-shaped cookie cutter, surrounded by green and yellow bell pepper strips. I colored the edges with a green food marker. The compartment in the upper left hand corner has a fruit salad arranged in rainbow stripes, leading down to the compartment of Goldfish crackers (pot of gold at the end of the rainbow!).

I know EasyLunchboxes are usually shown with the big compartment to the left, but I wanted Jack to have more fruit than Goldfish, so I turned it the other way. I’m such a rebel! 😉
